Rigging

Towers, monopoles and guyed masts — stood, extended and integrated.

Rigging is the core of what Coretel does. We stand and integrate LeBlanc steel monopoles and lattice towers, Rocla concrete poles and guyed masts — from street poles to tall lattice structures. We install headframes, face frames, extensions and microwave dishes, and mobilise crew and plant to metro and remote sites alike. Our riggers hold advanced tickets, and we own the lift plans, exclusion zones and rescue plans on every job.

Scope includes

·Greenfield stands — LeBlanc steel monopoles, Rocla concrete poles, lattice towers.
·Headframe, face frame and extension installs.
·Antenna installs and re-alignments.
·Microwave dish installs and line-of-sight work.
·Heavy lifts with EWP, loader crane and capstan winch.

Civil Construction

Foundations, slabs, compounds, trenching and earthworks.

A tower is only as good as what holds it up. Coretel delivers the civils — tower foundations and ODU slabs, compound build and fencing, access, and underground conduit and power — self-performed and alongside trusted civil partners. Greenfield sites from a cleared paddock, brownfield retrofits inside live compounds, handed over serviced and tidy.

·Tower and pole foundations.
·ODU / equipment slabs and footings.
·Compound fencing, gates and drainage.
·Underground conduit, trenching and power connection.
·Site establishment, rehabilitation and make-good.

Integration — RF & Tx

Cabinets, RF & transmission, brownfield co-locations, commissioning, acceptance.

We turn iron into a live site. Coretel builds and populates outdoor cabinets, runs RF and transmission (Tx) overlays, and delivers brownfield co-locations onto existing asset-owner structures. We connect power and fibre, commission to carrier standard, and close out every job with a structured acceptance pack — the same photo-by-photo discipline the carriers demand.

·RF and transmission (Tx) overlays, multi-band.
·Brownfield co-locations onto existing structures.
·Power distribution and fibre connection.
·Carrier acceptance packs and handover documentation.

Structure Upgrades, Refurbishment & Decommissioning

Structure upgrades, lifecycle refurbishment, audits, remedials & decoms.

Networks need looking after. Coretel delivers structural upgrades (including Amplistark-type strengthening), lifecycle refurbishment of ageing towers, and tower and pole audits ahead of upgrades. We swap members on remote lattice towers, carry out remedial works, and decommission and make-good redundant structures — flying the crew in wherever the site is.

·Tower, pole and structural audits.
·Member replacement and remedial works.
