Coretel Group is an Australian telecommunications infrastructure contractor, delivering rigging, integration, civils, structure upgrades and decommissioning — greenfield and brownfield — for prime contractors and carriers. We started Coretel because we were tired of watching good work get diluted through too many layers of subcontractors. So we didn't add any. Our crews are experienced riggers, skilled across both structural and RF / Tx works, and the people who quote your job are the people on the tools when it's delivered.
We're deliberately lean and directly accountable, but we run to a big-contractor standard: proper lift plans, a full HSE management system, structured carrier acceptance packs, and our own operations platform tracking every job from quote to handover. That combination — a small crew you can actually reach, backed by systems that don't cut corners — is why clients keep calling us back.

Coretel is director-led. Our directors came up in the industry and still run the jobs — quoting, planning lifts, and making the call when a site throws a surprise. That's the point: decisions get made by people who understand the work.
Co-founded Coretel and leads operations and systems. James came up through telco field operations and project delivery — greenfield builds, upgrades, maintenance and tower works across Australia — and built the company's operations platform to keep quality and compliance tight as the business grows.
Co-founded Coretel and runs field operations, crews and project execution. Years on the tools across Australia mean Josh knows what it takes to deliver safely and to spec in tough conditions — and he holds the crews to that standard.
Co-founded Coretel and looks after client relationships, project coordination and business development. Clint works across the technical and commercial sides of a job to keep delivery on time, in scope and to the standard clients expect.
