Coretel is growing and we're after an experienced telecommunications rigger who can work across both the structural and the RF / Tx side of the job — someone equally comfortable standing steel and terminating a sector.

What you'll do

·Erect and modify monopoles, lattice towers, headframes and guyed masts.
·Steelwork — extensions, face frames, structural upgrades and strengthening.
·Install and commission antennas, RUs, feeders and microwave — RF & Tx works.
·Work greenfield builds and brownfield co-locations onto live structures.
·Run the job safely to Coretel's HSE system — SWMS, permits, rescue plans.

What we're after

·Advanced Rigging ticket (or Intermediate working toward Advanced).
·EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid current.
·Proven telco tower experience — structural AND RF / Tx exposure.
·Comfortable travelling to remote sites and mobilising at short notice.
·Open QLD driver's licence; MR/HR and other tickets a bonus.

Coretel is expanding our integration team and we're after an experienced Telecommunications Field Engineer who can own site integration end-to-end — from cabinet build through RF & Tx commissioning to carrier acceptance. Rigging tickets and structural know-how alongside your integration experience means you can run the full job, not just the electronics side.

What you'll do

·Deliver RF and transmission (Tx) integration, commissioning and carrier acceptance on greenfield and brownfield telco sites.
·Install and commission antennas, RUs, feeders, microwave dishes, and populate outdoor cabinets.
·Support structural rigging works when needed — extensions, face frames, upgrades — alongside our rigging crew.
·Produce carrier acceptance packs to Telstra / Optus / NBN / Amplitel / Indara standard.
·Run the job safely to Coretel's HSE system — SWMS, permits, exclusion zones, rescue plans.
·Mobilise nationally to remote and metro sites.

What we're after

·Proven telco Field Engineer experience — RF and Tx integration, commissioning, carrier acceptance packs.
·Rigging ticket (Advanced or Intermediate) — used regularly on Coretel jobs.
·EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid current.
·Structural steelwork experience on telco towers.
·Comfortable travelling to remote sites and mobilising at short notice.
·Open QLD driver's licence; MR/HR and other tickets a bonus.
